Mazda Aftersales Winter campaignThe challenge for HPS was to develop a campaign to drive increased customer visits to dealer workshops using the Winter Check. The campaign needed to fit the business needs of the varying sizes of dealerships.
We created a suite of materials, packaged in ‘bundles’ for dealers. Each bundle was created and priced with the different levels of dealership marketing experience and budgets in mind.
The Winter Campaign marked the first major integrated campaign carried out by the Aftersales Department, and the results were nothing short of amazing with 378 Winter Checks being carried out by the participating dealers.
