More than ever before, clients are demanding media neutral solutions from their agencies. That explains why so many agency groups are claiming to be able to deliver them. However, a word of warning to Marketing Directors out there: if each of the different disciplines in an agency group is a different profit centre, then there will always be a vested interest for them to steer you one way or another.
