Mark started out as a client, before joining HPS as an Account Director over 20 years ago. He was promoted to Managing Director in 1999, and two years later led a management buyout of the company. It all makes you wonder why there’s no ‘C’ in HPS. Back

The longest-standing member of the HPS team, and part of the 2001 management buyout, Richard looks after the financial and commercial issues that nobody else understands. Apparently, outside the office Richard is a very generous man. Back

Dynamic Kirsti is another HPS lifer. She oversees the agency’s largest accounts, working across a broad range of disciplines. The infectious passion and energy you sense the moment you step into the HPS office undoubtedly spreads from her. Rumour has it that the original Duracell Bunny was based on our Kirsti. Back

Newly-appointed Head of Creative, Richard has won awards at D&AD, Creative Circle, British Television, Campaign Press, the Clios, Australian Award, the Aerials, UK Radio and Cannes. As a result, Richard’s wife hasn’t ever had to buy a doorstop or bookends. Back

Jane eats, sleeps and breathes design and has been a Creative Director at HPS for four years. Jane becomes so absorbed in her projects, she occasionally forgets to leave the office in the evening. A typical South African, Jane’s competitive nature might explain why she’s our long-running fussball champion. Back

One of the first qualified e-marketers in the UK, Emma worked in the IT industry before joining HPS in 2000. Emma was the driving force behind our unique Marketing Toolkit extranet but, despite her nerdy background, Emma is someone you’d enjoy sitting next to at a dinner party. Honestly. Back

A published author and playwright, professionally trained actress and singer, as well as lecturer and trainer, Lorraine has somehow found the time to clock up over 20 years' PR experience working for a long list of blue chip clients. Lorraine doesn’t waste her time with trivial things like sleep. Back

Vastly experienced, Nigel is our Mr Fixit. Nigel’s key role is finding the right print and repro partner for each project and negotiating the most favourable terms for our clients. He’s a formidable character and we’re always glad he’s on our side in an argument. Back
