After making it as ‘One to watch’ for the last two years in the Sunday Times best employers programme, HPS is now going for a place in the UK’s Top 100 Small Companies list.

The recent boat trip up the Thames was obviously nothing more than a cynical attempt by management to encourage staff to be ultra positive on the all-important secret questionnaires. Unfortunately, the tactic backfired as the 8-hour booze cruise was so good, few of us remember it ever happened.
